How come LinkLoyalty requests access to customer bank accounts?

LinkLoylaty requires access to your customer’s bank account to be able to track their spend at your store automatically. Since we can see what and when each customer spends, you can send rewards automatically without need for QR codes for tracking. It also enables you to carry out loyalty programs based on customer spend, such as “Spend £30 to get 20% off your next meal”.

How do I promote my loyalty programme to my customers?

We provide several ways for you to promote your loyalty program: We provide you a branded loyalty landing page website and sign up form that you can link to from your social media, adverts or from posters, flyers or qr codes. In addition you can also create a sign up offer that your customers will receive immediately after they sign up (very effective at increasing sign ups).

Do my customers have to download an app?

No, there is no app to download, your loyalty program is website based.

How would this loyalty programme bring me new and returning customers
